2006 Lone Star Roundup

The 2006 Lone Star Cruiser Roundup, sponsored by the Lone Star Land Cruiser Club, was held at Katempcy Rocks on March 3 - March 6, 2006. Katempcy is located between Brady, TX and Mason, TX. Somewhere around 85 vehicles registered for the event and there were well over 125 folks (including passengers) in attendance. Drivers came from all over the country for this event. The weather was beautiful and the event proved to be a huge success.

Matthew broke a rear axle on the Waterfall but within a couple of hours, we had Meanie fixed and back on the trail. A big thanks to Alec Wilkins from Salt Lake City, UT for showing me how to change it out.

Big Tex had its best outing yet. The PSC 1500 psi power steering pump fixed the hydraulic steering issue once and for good.
